"Zac, are you sure you know what you're doing?"
"Taylor, who is the math and science genius in this family?"
"Um, you?"
"Correct! Now, put on those goggles. You're sure you want to do this, right?"
Taylor Hanson froze for a moment. Then he nodded and resumed putting his goggles on. "Yeah. I want to experience it for myself."
Zachary Hanson paused a moment to observe his brother. "You're a braver man than I."
Taylor leaned back in his chair. "Yeah, whatever. Let's just get this over with." A pause. "Zac?"
Zac stopped adjusting levers and pressing buttons for a moment. "Yeah, Tay?"
Taylor closed his eyes tightly. "Remember to bring me back in exactly three days."
Zac nodded and pulled the final lever. "Sure thing, Tay. Now.. Ready, set..."
Taylor's eyes shot open as he began to enter the fields of the interdimensional travel world. Spirals of green wove around him through the blue magnetic oasis that shot past him. He made a mental note to thank Zac for making him wear the goggles. Searing sparks shot out from all over the place, never quite reaching him. Although they kept their distance, Taylor was more comfortable with this traveling because of the plastic and leather contraption strapped to his face.
Then, suddenly, he was at his destination.
