I've never been the type to let things go without a word. I enjoy speaking my mind whenever possible, particularly on controversial subjects. Granted, I probably say too much and I probably never say it at the right time, but I say it nonetheless and I'm proud of myself for it. Yeah, proud to disagree with the masses. Its not that I have an abundance of courage, but I do have a nice little lack of apprehension about saying what I think needs to be said and since I think too much, most of my conversations end up being extensive discussions of the exact reason why sour cream has an expiration date. It used to be that way with everyone--for every conversation.

But, yesterday, I met Jon. I mean, I vaguely knew him before, but last night I finally got to sit down and find out exactly why I think I'll end uo thinking of him as my best friend. You see, when he talked, I was silent. I was agreeing with almost everything he was saying and it was such a great experience. So, I plan to get together with him as often as possible. That'll give me a chance to rest my voice and my opinions. Although, I'm sure we'll have arguments. They'll just be more fun.
